Plaintiff seeks to be declared the sole recipient of her fathers estate. The trial court entered a decree declaring that defendant Hazel White is decedents widow and that plaintiff is the only child of decedent claiming under the estate. Accordingly, it ordered that the estate be distributed one-half to plaintiff and one-half to defendant. Plaintiff appeals contending that the trial court erred in finding that the defendant was legally married to the decedent.
